Confidentiality Agreement is a contract that ensures that the information and document that is clearly stated to be confidential regarding the project or shared business subject between the parties is not disclosed to any third party unless the relevant person’s consent is obtained. How to Use This Document?

This document gives the parties control over ideas and projects shared with another person or company. This contract, which is used for the protection of trade secrets, contains provisions such as the purpose of the information exchange, how long the information will be kept confidential, the information can be transmitted to third parties only within the permitted scope, and this information will be returned or destroyed if requested by one of the parties.

The party who violates this contract or does not try to protect it will be punished with compensation. For this reason, the penal clause is an indispensable part of a confidentiality agreement.
